Session Pre-Selection Planning Sheet > Used to assist with your strategic planning of who is best suited to go to which session. > There are three concurrent sessions, each with two presentations to pick from: - Session A1 or A2 - Session B1 or B2 - Session C1 or C2 > Schools are encouraged to allocate their educators across all sessions to gain the maximum benefit from this whole-school approach conference. |

Call a 5-minute team meeting to gather all delegates details
|
Call a 5-minute team meeting to:
> agree who’s going to which sessions. Record this on your Session Pre-selection Planning Sheet.
> gather individual delegate information so they can receive reminders and updates. Record this on your on Delegate Information Gathering Sheet.
STEP 4

Online registration and payment by a nominated person, the 'buyer'
|
Nominate one person to go online and complete the Eventbrite online registration for each delegate and organise payment for the whole school team.
You may also access the online registration directly from this page below. It's simple and secure.
> the nominated person is called the 'buyer' and does not have to be a conference delegate ie it can be your School Administration Manager
> please ensure the 'buyer' enters each delegates individual information (eg phone number, email) as was recorded on the Planning Sheet
> all workshop selections must be made at the time of registration as was recorded on the Planning Sheet.
> payments must be received PRIOR to attending the conference
> for payments made by credit card, there are no fees charged
> for the 'pay by invoice' option, payments can be made via Direct Deposit to Anita Chin Mathematics Consultancy Trust. ABN 53 239 674 883
> NSW DoE schools are not required to submit their invoice to EdConnect as Anita will do this directly with EdConnect
> the 'buyer' will receive an Enrolment Confirmation email from Eventbrite together with a receipt or Tax Invoice.
Note: The REGISTER button appearing within the bottom of the Registration table below will turn orange and become active once you have selected your tickets from the relevant dropdown menu.
Cancellations and Refunds |
Notification of cancellations or changes must be made in writing by emailing Cindy Pellas, PL Coordinator at Anita Chin Mathematics Consultancy [email protected]
You can cancel your registration up to 22 September 2017 to receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $50. No refunds will be made after 22 September 2017.
Registration can be transferred to another staff member at your school at no cost. However, workshop selections can not be altered.
